01Who We Are
Bujji Ai ("Bujji Ai", "the Service") is a Chrome browser extension and companion desktop application developed and operated by ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), a company incorporated in India, with its registered address at Moosapet, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018, India.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Bujji Ai Chrome Extension, the Bujji Ai Web Dashboard, the Bujji Desktop Engine (optional companion desktop application), and our website. It does not apply to WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Google, or any other third-party service you connect to through Bujji Ai — please review their respective privacy policies.
Bujji Ai is offered to users worldwide. Where a specific law (such as the GDPR, CCPA, or India’s DPDP Act) gives you rights beyond what’s described generally in this policy, Section 8 explains how those apply to you.
02Information We Collect
Account & identityEmail address and, if you sign in with Google, your display name and profile picture. Firebase authentication session tokens and push-notification (FCM) device tokens, used to keep you signed in and deliver in-app alerts.
Subscription & billingYour plan/tier, quota usage, and billing status. Payment card details are never collected or stored by us — they go directly to our payment processor (Razorpay); we only receive the plan you selected, the amount, and the transaction status.
Data that stays on your deviceWhatsApp contacts and phone numbers, message drafts/templates, campaign logs, saved Experiences, and knowledge-base documents you upload for the on-device AI assistant are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local / IndexedDB) and are not transmitted to our servers, except where this policy specifically says otherwise (for example, when you use an AI feature that requires sending text for processing, or when you explicitly sync to Google Sheets/Drive).
Approximate location (IP-based)We look up your approximate country/region from your IP address, using third-party IP-geolocation services. This is used to show pricing in your local currency and for optional location-aware features (such as weather). It does not use your device’s GPS or precise location, and the IP address itself is not linked to your account profile.
Google Workspace data (only if you connect it)If you authorize it, we access Google Contacts (read-only), Google Sheets (read/write, limited to spreadsheets you authorize), and Google Drive (limited to files created by Bujji Ai). This data is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
Usage analyticsAnonymized, aggregated telemetry about which features you use and error/crash events, used to improve the product. Event data is filtered to exclude message content, contact names, and phone numbers. You can disable this in Settings → Privacy → Disable Telemetry.
Device/browser informationBrowser type and version, operating system, and extension version.
03AI Features and Automated Processing
AI message drafting (Bujji Pilot)When you use an AI drafting feature, your prompt text is sent through our relay to one or more third-party AI providers for processing. The relay does not store your prompt after the response is returned. As of this policy’s last update, the providers we route through include Google Gemini, DeepSeek, NVIDIA, and OpenRouter (which may itself forward to other model providers) — this list changes periodically as we add, remove, or swap AI providers; see Section 5 for the current list.
AI Auto-ResponderIncoming WhatsApp messages are processed locally in your browser to generate replies. If you enable cloud AI enhancement, excerpts of the relevant conversation are sent through our AI relay for processing; we apply automated filtering to reduce the inclusion of identifiable metadata before this data is sent. This can be fully disabled in Settings.
On-device knowledge base (RAG)When you upload business documents to train the AI Auto-Responder’s knowledge base, that content is converted to vector embeddings entirely on your device and stored in your browser’s local storage — it is not transmitted to our servers.
General-assistant question cacheIf you use Bujji Ai’s general question-answering assistant (separate from the knowledge-base feature above), your question text is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a vector embedding, and the question, the AI’s answer, and that embedding are cached locally on your device for up to 7 days to speed up repeat lookups.
Automated messagingThe Auto-Responder and Campaign Engine send messages on your behalf, under rules and content you configure and control. You decide which contacts are messaged, what content is used, and can disable automation at any time. We do not use these features to make automated decisions about individuals (e.g., credit, employment, or legal-eligibility decisions) that produce legal or similarly significant effects on them.
04Bujji Desktop Engine (Optional Companion App)
If you install the optional Bujji Desktop Engine, the Chrome extension exchanges WhatsApp session and message events, and campaign commands, with it over a local connection on your own device (Chrome’s native messaging API). This exchange happens between applications running on your device and lets automation continue running even when your browser is closed. The Desktop Engine is subject to this same Privacy Policy for any data it sends to our cloud services (for example, account/subscription verification).
05How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Bujji Ai, and only for that purpose. The table below reflects our sub-processors as of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page; if you need written confirmation of the current list at any time, contact us at [email protected].

We may also disclose information if required by law or court order, to protect the safety, rights, or property of Bujji Ai or our users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice to you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy).
Account & support administrationAuthorized Bujji Ai staff can, through an internal administrative system, adjust a subscription’s status (for example, to activate, pause, or revoke access) for legitimate purposes such as resolving billing disputes, fraud prevention, or enforcing our Terms. This capability is logged and limited to account/subscription management — it does not give staff access to your locally-stored WhatsApp data.
06Data Storage and Retention
Data that lives exclusively on your device (contacts, message templates, campaign logs, privacy settings, AI knowledge base) is deleted when you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data.

You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 15 business days and complete deletion of your account and associated cloud data within 30 days of a verified request. Account deletion removes your profile, authentication, and locally-synced cloud data — it does not shorten the retention period for subscription and billing records described above, which we are required to keep for tax, accounting, and audit purposes regardless of account deletion. Data stored only on your device is removed immediately when you uninstall the extension.
07Security
We use TLS encryption for data in transit to our servers, Firebase security rules restricting database access to your own authenticated records, and isolate API keys so they’re never exposed in client-side extension code. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
EU/UK users (GDPR/UK GDPR)you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California and other U.S. state users (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share personal information as defined by these laws.
India users (DPDP Act 2023)you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data as described above, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

09Children’s Privacy
Bujji Ai is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected].
10WhatsApp and Meta Platforms
Bujji Ai operates by automating interactions with WhatsApp Web, a service operated by Meta Platforms. You are subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Bujji Ai complies with WhatsApp’s policies, including rules against spam and bulk unsolicited messaging. Bujji Ai does not access the WhatsApp Business API and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms.
11International Data Transfers
Bujji Ai is available globally. Our infrastructure providers (including Google Firebase/Google Cloud and Cloudflare) operate data centers in multiple regions, including the United States. Depending on your location, your data may be processed in a country other than your own, under those providers’ standard contractual clauses and data-processing addenda.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app alert or email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Bujji Ai after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

01Agreement to These Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Bujji Ai Chrome Extension, the Bujji Ai Web Dashboard, or the Bujji Desktop Engine (collectively, "Bujji Ai", "the Service"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use Bujji Ai.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered address at Moosapet, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018, India. If you are using Bujji Ai on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
02Description of the Service
Bujji Ai is a browser extension (with an optional desktop companion, the Bujji Desktop Engine) that enhances WhatsApp Web with: a campaign composer for bulk WhatsApp messaging, an interactive message builder, a reusable Experience Library, trigger-based automation rules, an AI assistant for message drafting and rephrasing, an AI Auto-Responder that can reply to incoming messages on your behalf, local CRM/contact management, analytics/reporting, and privacy/stealth controls for WhatsApp Web. Bujji Ai is available to users worldwide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp’s parent company).
03Eligibility
To use Bujji Ai, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence; (c) not be prohibited from receiving the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence; and (d) have a valid WhatsApp account and access to WhatsApp Web. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
04Account Registration and Security
To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or through Google Sign-In, and agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to secure your credentials. Unless expressly permitted under a Team/Business plan, each account is for individual use only.
05Subscription Plans and Billing
Plans & pricingCurrent plan names, features, limits, and pricing (including regional/local-currency pricing) are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with advance notice as described below.
PaymentPaid plans are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers.
Auto-renewalSubscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Free trialsIf a free trial is offered for a plan, its specific terms will be presented to you at the time it’s offered. Where payment details were collected upfront for the trial, it will automatically convert to the selected paid plan upon expiry unless cancelled before the trial ends. Where no payment method was collected upfront, the trial simply expires and you will need to actively subscribe to continue using paid features.
CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
RefundsAll payments to Bujji Ai are non-refundable, including for unused subscription periods, mid-cycle cancellations, or change of mind. The only exception: outright failed payments are reversed automatically through Razorpay’s standard payment-failure handling; if you’re charged twice for the same transaction due to a processing error, contact [email protected] and we will verify and initiate a correction through Razorpay. This is a correction of a technical error, not a discretionary refund, and does not apply to change-of-mind cancellations.
Price changesWe may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
06Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Bujji Ai only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to individuals who haven’t consented to receive them; send illegal, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content; harass, threaten, or abuse any individual; transmit malware or phishing content; impersonate any person or entity; circumvent feature limits or entitlement gates; reverse-engineer or decompile the Service (except as permitted by law); build a competing product using the Service; scrape or harvest data from Bujji Ai other than through its own features; or overload or impair our infrastructure.
Using Bujji Ai to send WhatsApp messages is subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients and complying with anti-spam and messaging laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used to violate WhatsApp’s policies or applicable law.
07AI Features — Additional Terms
Content generated by Bujji Ai’s AI features (including AI drafting and the AI Auto-Responder) is a suggestion only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for all messages sent through the Service, whether AI-generated or manually composed. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; we make no representation about its accuracy or suitability for any purpose. When you enable the AI Auto-Responder, you authorize the Service to send messages on your behalf to people who message your WhatsApp account, and you remain fully responsible for those messages. You are responsible for the prompts and content you provide to AI features — do not input personal data of third parties, confidential information, or legally protected content unless you have the right to do so.
08Intellectual Property
Bujji Ai, including its software, design, branding, logos, features, and documentation, is owned by ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.
You retain ownership of all message content, contacts, templates, Experiences, and other materials you create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store where applicable, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.
09Privacy
Your use of Bujji Ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.
10Third-Party Services and Integrations
Bujji Ai integrates with third-party services including Google (Drive, Sheets, Contacts), Firebase, Cloudflare, third-party AI providers, and Razorpay. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies — we are not responsible for their practices. WhatsApp Web is operated by Meta Platforms; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta. Any disruption to WhatsApp Web caused by Meta’s policies or technical changes is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund.
11Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times; that messages will be delivered (delivery depends on WhatsApp’s infrastructure); that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable; or that the Service will remain compatible with WhatsApp Web if Meta changes their platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; DAMAGES FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT; DAMAGES FROM WHATSAPP ACCOUNT BANS OR RESTRICTIONS BY META PLATFORMS; OR MESSAGES SENT BY THE AI AUTO-RESPONDER ON YOUR BEHALF. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge that automating WhatsApp interactions carries the risk of your WhatsApp account being restricted or banned by Meta Platforms. We are not responsible for such action by Meta; you use the Service at your own risk.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right; any messages you send, or that the AI Auto-Responder sends on your behalf; and your violation of WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.
13Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; cancellation of a paid subscription is governed by Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulator, if we reasonably believe your account is used for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity, or if your account poses a security risk. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; data stored only on your device remains under your control; cloud data is handled per our Privacy Policy; fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.
14Modifications to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes affecting paid features. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the Service from. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive the right to participate in a class action against us.
16General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours without restriction. We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, internet outages, government action, or changes to WhatsApp’s platform).

01Overview
Bujji Ai offers subscription-based digital services. Due to the digital and instant nature of our software, all sales are final, and we operate under a strict non-refundable policy.
02Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to Bujji Ai are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
Unused subscription periods or accidental renewals.
Cancellation of your subscription mid-cycle.
Change of mind after completing a purchase.
Inability to use the software due to external factors (like WhatsApp bans, hardware incompatibility, or third-party API changes).
03Payment Processing Errors
The one exception to the above: if a payment fails outright due to a technical error, any reversal happens automatically through Razorpay’s standard payment-failure handling, per their timelines. If you are charged twice for the same transaction (a duplicate charge) due to a processing error, contact us at [email protected] — we will verify the duplicate and initiate the correction through Razorpay. This is a correction of a technical error, not a discretionary refund from Bujji Ai, and does not apply to change-of-mind cancellations or any of the situations listed above.
04Subscription Cancellations & Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the extension dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation immediately stops all future renewals and charges. However, there are no refunds for the time remaining in your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to premium features until that cycle ends.
05Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this strict non-refundable policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a subscription.
06Contact
For refund or billing questions, email [email protected] — we aim to respond within 48 hours. (Formal data-access, correction, or deletion requests follow the timelines in our Privacy Policy instead, since those involve identity verification and, in some jurisdictions, statutory response windows.)

This page collects, in one place, every choice you can make about how Bujji Ai handles your information. Each control below is one you can exercise yourself — through the extension’s own settings, a link in an email we send you, or by writing to us.
Bujji Ai does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA and similar U.S. state privacy laws. There is therefore no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action for us to offer — that choice does not apply to us.
02Turn Off Usage Telemetry
We collect anonymized, aggregated telemetry about which features are used and which errors occur. It is filtered to exclude message content, contact names, and phone numbers. You can switch it off entirely and keep using every feature.

Website analytics
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits and product-page interest on this website. It is off until you choose to turn it on. This choice applies to this browser and is separate from extension telemetry.

03Cloud AI Enhancement
The AI Auto-Responder generates replies locally in your browser. Cloud AI enhancement, which sends excerpts of the relevant conversation through our AI relay for processing, is a separate switch and can be turned off completely.

04Google Workspace Access
Google Contacts, Sheets, and Drive are only reachable if you explicitly authorize them. You can withdraw that authorization at any time, either inside the extension or from your Google Account’s third-party access page, and Bujji Ai will stop requesting that data.
05Marketing Email
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Using it stops marketing messages while still allowing essential service notices — billing receipts, security alerts, and policy-change notifications — which we cannot opt you out of while your account is active.
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 15 business days and to complete deletion of your account and associated cloud data within 30 days of a verified request. Subscription and billing records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires, regardless of account deletion. Data stored only on your device is removed as soon as you uninstall the extension.
07Data That Never Leaves Your Device
Your WhatsApp contacts and phone numbers, message drafts and templates, campaign logs, saved Experiences, and the documents you upload to the on-device knowledge base are held in your browser’s own storage. They are not transmitted to our servers, so the way to remove them is to clear your browser data or uninstall the extension — no request to us is needed.
