Bring contacts together
Use a supported import source or saved contact record. Check names and phone numbers so that the records you intend to use are the records you select.
Bujji AI brings contact management into your WhatsApp Web workflow. Find saved contacts, organize them with tags and prepare follow-ups without turning every conversation into a separate spreadsheet task.
A WhatsApp CRM extension adds customer organization tools to the browser workflow you use for WhatsApp Web. In Bujji AI, CRM centers on saved contact records, contact search and tags, so you can identify the people relevant to your next conversation or campaign.
Contact organization and message delivery are separate tasks. A saved contact is not evidence of permission to send a promotion, and a tag does not automatically create an AI answer. Choose recipients and review what you plan to send before starting a messaging workflow.
Use a supported import source or saved contact record. Check names and phone numbers so that the records you intend to use are the records you select.
Search saved contacts and filter by tag. Keep labels meaningful to your workflow, such as an inquiry type or a follow-up group.
Review the selected contacts and the message content. If you use scheduling or campaigns, check the operating requirements of that messaging mode separately.
The source of each record matters. Importing contacts is a deliberate product action; it does not give Bujji AI permission to access every file in your Google account.
Bujji AI’s privacy policy describes optional Google Contacts and selected-spreadsheet imports. Google Contacts uses read-only contact access. Google Drive access is limited to files you explicitly select through Google’s picker and files created by Bujji AI; it is not general access to the rest of your Drive.
Imported records are stored locally in the browser. If you explicitly use a sync, backup or export feature, that creates an additional copy in the destination you choose. Review the current privacy policy before connecting an account or moving records.
Google-imported contact or spreadsheet data is not sent to AI models. Enterprise Brain uses directly uploaded or typed business information, rather than Google API data. Keeping these paths separate is part of the product’s stated data boundary.
A service business can organize saved contacts with a relevant tag, find the group again and prepare an appointment follow-up. Before sending, the operator checks the recipient list, permission to contact each person and the final message.
This example explains a workflow. It is not a customer case study, a delivery guarantee or a measured business result.
If the next step is a planned campaign, a separate scheduling or campaign workflow handles the send. Running requirements depend on the selected mode; the optional Desktop Engine and the browser extension should not be treated as interchangeable execution environments.
Bujji AI is not presented here as an official WhatsApp Business Platform service, a shared-inbox guarantee or a replacement for every enterprise CRM. Its fit depends on your actual workflow and the capabilities of the released version.
The privacy policy describes an optional read-only Google Contacts import. You must choose to connect Google access. Confirm the available import controls in the released version before relying on the workflow.
No. The stated Drive scope is limited to files selected through Google’s file picker and files Bujji AI created. It does not allow browsing or reading the rest of your Drive.
Google user data is not sent to an AI model or provider. The knowledge-base path uses files you directly upload or information you type, rather than Google API imports.
A local deletion does not erase copies you exported, synced or retained elsewhere. The privacy policy explains the separate browser, Google account, backup and Desktop Engine responsibilities.
