Bujji Ai offers subscription-based digital services. Due to the digital and instant nature of our software, all sales are final, and we operate under a strict non-refundable policy.

Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bujji Ai are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Unused subscription periods or accidental renewals.
• Cancellation of your subscription mid-cycle.
• Change of mind after completing a purchase.
• Inability to use the software due to external factors (like WhatsApp bans, hardware incompatibility, or third-party API changes).

Subscription Cancellations & Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the extension dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation immediately stops all future renewals and charges. However, there are no refunds for the time remaining in your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to premium features until that cycle ends.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this strict non-refundable policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a subscription.
