Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Bujji Ai Chrome extension ("the extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Description of Service

Bujji Ai is a browser extension that enhances WhatsApp Web with privacy controls, AI-powered automation, CRM tools, and payment gateway integration. It is a productivity tool and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Acceptable Use

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the extension for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the extension without authorization.
• You must not use the extension to violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require an active subscription.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). We do not collect or store your payment card information on our servers.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future auto-renewing charges, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• No Refunds: All payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any cancelled subscriptions, unused time, or promotional periods.

Data Privacy & Security

• Minimal Data Collection: We only collect your basic identity (email address) and approximate location (for regional pricing). We do not collect, read, store, or intercept your personal WhatsApp messages, contacts, or any other sensitive personal data.
• No Data Sale or Mining: Your privacy is absolute. We strictly do not sell, rent, share, or monetize your data with any third parties. We do not use your data for internal behavioral profiling or AI model training.
• Secure Storage: All user data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and is safely stored exclusively on Google’s enterprise-grade secure servers (Google Cloud/Firebase).
• Your Ownership: You retain full ownership and rights to all your data. We act merely as a processor to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

Bujji Ai is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or WhatsApp account restrictions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
